GIFT VOUCHERS

Choose to buy a voucher for an amount of your choice or a dining voucher.

  • The voucher code will be taken on booking.

  • Online vouchers - can be emailed direct to you or the lucky recipient on a specified date. You can also do a Group gift card and pool money from multiple contributors for one recipient.

    Printed & Postal vouchers

    If you would prefer a printed gift voucher, please purchase online and pop us an email with the voucher number and the name and postal address and we will print it and pop it in the post for you, or you can pop in and collect if you are local.

  • Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

    1. Validity Period

      • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.

    2. Redemption

      • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Dine Wilder ltd for the services or products specified at the time of purchase.

      • The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption and must be pre-booked with the voucher number..

    3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

      • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

    4. Partial Use

      • If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, any remaining balance will not be refunded, but can be issued as a credit on the gift voucher card.

    5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

      • Dine Wilder ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. They will not be replaced or reimbursed under any circumstances.

    6. Cash Value

      • Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    7. Restrictions

      • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty schemes unless otherwise specified.

    8. Modification and Cancellation

      • Dine Wilder ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

      • The business also reserves the right to refuse redemption of a voucher if it suspects any fraud or misuse.

    9. Acceptance of Terms

      • By purchasing or using a gift voucher, the purchaser and/or recipient agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
